The technique of examining the groin, scrotum and testes is demonstrated on five men, with respectively varicocoele, hydrocoele, irreducible inguinal hernia in a wide-necked sac, secondary phimosis, and a direct inguinal hernia in a man with previous amputation of penis and groin lymph gland resection for carcinoma of penis.
