Paget's Disease of Bone is an extremely common focal bone disease in some parts of the world, notably the North West of England. In this film the disease is explored through the eyes of three patients with a range of severity, and different bones involved. The physical findings, diagnosis and investigation (including bone scans) and treatment with modern bisphosphonate drugs are all illustrated.
