Safeguarding older people from abuse : critical contexts to policy and practice

Provides a much-needed challenge to the social, economic, and cultural contexts in which elder abuse take place, illustrating the ways in which ageism, lack of resources, target-driven policy, and organisational cultures of blame and scapegoating facilitate such abuse.
