520 _aProviding good patient care is integral to service provision at North Middlesex University Hospital NHS Trust and evaluating patient satisfaction is one way in which the trust can ensure high quality health service delivery. This article provides an overview of actions taken by the trust following a disappointing patient satisfaction survey in 2009.
